THS Plumbing & Heating (BATHROOMS)

Terry of THS Plumbing & Heating has just renewed my confidence in human nature. Called to look at my leaking shower area, he uncovered hidden short cuts left by the initial installers. He explained what was required showing photos of problem areas. Talked through my options saying if he would not install it at home he would not install it for me. This gentleman then with stripped and replaced a shower for my needs including replacing floor and wall panels as needed. Always polite, patient, tidy and a pleasure to employ.

When my shower flooded the bathroom floor I was worried that it would turn out to be a major problem requiring a lot of work. Good plumbers are notoriously difficult to find but I trusted the very positive online reviews and gave Terry a call. He came out within the hour and set about diagnosing the problem, explaining his actions step by step. By a process of elimination he found that the cause of the leak was much simpler than I had feared – what a relief! Terry, I can’t thank you enough!

Terry was amazing very prompt and friendly. Knowledgeable and helpful would 10/10 recommend and use again in the future.

What a great bloke Terry is and what a great job he did in sorting out my outside tap which would not turn off. Came and got it sorted at short notice and despite getting soaked was very professional, positive and friendly. Did a great job and will definitely use him again when the need arises. Not met Terry before but was after a plumber's opinion on something so gave him a bell based on the positive online reviews. He turned up 20 minutes later and offered some valuable insights into the issue I was having, advised me to seek out a builder not a plumber. Was a real gent and his insights were very much appreciated. Told him I'd be in touch again when I need a plumber. What more dya want from a tradesperson!

Terry supplied and fitted a replacement shower for me today. What should have been a straight forward job turned out to be not so straight forward but, Terry was brilliant and sorted out the problems. I cannot recommend Terry enough. We had a disaster with my mother in laws house in Doncaster. There was water pouring from the ceiling after a burst pipe and we couldn’t find anybody to help. Terry immediately stopped what he was doing and went straight to the property to contain the damage. He turned water off, drained the whole property, fixed the pipe and removed all the rubbish!!
